Membership Terms and Terms of Use

1. Parties and subject

This agreement sets out the terms for the use of the platform and services between DIGI4AGE and the member/user.

2. Membership and account

Membership is created with accurate and current information and requires email verification. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials, and for actions taken through your account.

3. Rules of use

• Information you provide must be accurate, current and belong to you.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others’ rights, or that threaten system security.
• Unauthorised access, malware, automated data collection and any conduct disrupting the service are prohibited.

4. Applications

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide in applications. Assessment is at DIGI4AGE’s discretion; an application guarantees no particular outcome.

5. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks and software on the platform belong to DIGI4AGE or the relevant rights holders. By uploading your content, you grant the limited licence needed to provide the service; ownership of your content remains yours.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGI4AGE is not liable for indirect damages or for any inability to guarantee uninterrupted/error-free service.

7. Suspension and termination

DIGI4AGE may suspend or terminate membership in case of breach of these terms. A member may request account closure at any time; related data is deleted or anonymised within the retention policy and legal obligations.

8. Changes

DIGI4AGE may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; material changes are notified.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent authorities for disputes will be specified here by the organisation.
